The road home…

The Nest had the privilege of preparing and serving 200 meals to men, women and children at The Road Home in Midvale. Elizabeth Luebbers with Park City High School graciously provided space in the school kitchen for 7 of our members to prep and cook the meals, and 8 of us traveled to Midvale to serve.

The Road Home provides refuge to families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness, and has an 86% success rate in supporting these families back to self-sufficiency. We were overwhelmed with gratitude in being able to play a very small part in this support.

Thank you Julia for connecting The Nest with this worthy organization, and planning a rewarding and reflective afternoon/evening of service. We look forward to continuing our support for The Road Home in the future.
